We raise our own flock of dairy sheep and produce hand crafted sheep’s milk cheese made in small artisan batches.

Our cheese is made by hand using milk from our own flock, which graze and live on our pastures year round.

As the milking season changes, so do the flavours in our milk, giving the cheese a unique and honest character.
