Our Story
Ffynnon Wen farm began in 2021 when we purchased a secondhand milking parlour and a small flock of dairy sheep.
A few years on, we now milk sheep on a small scale and Harriet Cooke produces artisan batches of ewes milk cheese.
Sheep’s milk is some of the richest, sweetest milk you'll ever taste, so we knew we were on to a good thing when we tasted the fruits of our labour.
Committed to sustainable agriculture and the production of fine sheep milk cheeses our journey is well on its way and we look forward to what the future will bring.
